Irena Olkiewicz – artistic director
Karol Kowal born in 1983, in 2001 graduated from the Secondary School of Music, where he studied double bass under Radoslaw Maniak. On June 2006 graduated with distinction from the class of Irena Olkiewicz on the Instrumental Faculty of K. Lipiński's Academy of Music in Wroclaw. Karol Kowal won 1st price on Local Audition for Cello and Bass (Koszalin, Poland 2000), 3rd price and special award for the best performance of required piece on ISB Solo Competition (Richmond, USA 2003), 5th price on International J. M. Sperger's Double Bass Competition (Ludwigslust, Germany 2004), and 2nd price on ISB Solo Competition in Kalamazoo (Michigan, USA 2005). He cooperated with several orchestras, as well as solo performances in Poland and abroad. Active also as a chamber musician, member of "Bassiona Polacca" Bass Quartet. Justyna Wołoch
Was born in 1985 in Koszalin. She got her music education in G. Bacewicz's Complex of State Music Schools in Koszalin under mgr Danuta Kaluta-Jakubowska. Justyna Wołoch was the first violinist of ancient music ensemble "Crescendo", performing in Poland and Europe. Active also as a instrumentalist in light music band playing the musicals. In 2001 she started to cooperate with celtic-rock group "Boreash", and in 2002 with north-metal band "Northwail". Two years later she passed the exams to K. Lipiński's Academy of Music, where she studies the violin under Jaroslaw Pietrzak.
Szymon Kruk
Was born in 1984 in Wroclaw. In 2003 he graduated K. Szymanowski's State High School of Music in Wroclaw in the violin class of mgr Ewa Kowol. Szymon Kruk participated in many prestigious master classes and seminaries like Z. Brzewski's International Music Master Classes in Łańcut. Since 2003 he has been member of Orchestral Formation R-20. Currently he is third-year student of K. Lipiński's Academy of Music in the viola class of Prof. Zbigniew Czarnota.
Justyna Sobczak
Was born in 1983 in Zielona Góra. When she was eight years old started to play the piano in the Music School in Żagań. Five years later she changed the instrument into the cello. In 2001 graduated High School in Żagań. Justyna Sobczak participated in J. S. Bach's competition in Zielona Góra two times, years: 2001 and 2004. In 2005 she graduated the Secondary School of Music in Żagań. Currently she is a student of K. Lipiński's Academy of Music in the cello class of Prof. Stanisław Firlej.
