The ARTISTS of the festival

Dominik Schulz after graduating MA studies at the Music Academy in Wrocław under the supervision of Irena Olkiewicz he passed the exams for post-graduate master studies at Hochschule für Musik in Cologne (Germany). Dominik Schulz has been cooperating with Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss am Rhein since then. During his stay in Germany Schulz worked for the following orchestras: Dusseldorfer Symphoniker, United World Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, and Kammeroper Köln Orchester. During the cooperation Schulz took part in many concerts in which also participated such celebrities as Johannes Goritzki, Jean-Claude Gerard, Claudia Rohrbach, Marco Rizzi, Sharon Kam, Stella Doufexis, Radovan Vlatkovic and Krzysztof Penderecki. Along with Deutschen Kammerakademie Neuss am Rhein Dominik Schulz performed in almost all European states as well as in such remote countries as Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, Salvador and Colombia. As a student of the Music Academy in Wrocław he was awarded with many prizes, only to mention some of them – three-month scholarship at International Mozart Academy, Minister of the Culture and Art scholarship for achievements in education, KAAD scholarship. He is an experienced symphonic and chamber concerts musician as well as a soloist. In 2004 he conducted WOS at the „Euroorkiestra” International Festival in Moscow Concert Centre. As an artistic director of a few bands Schultz is actively involved in educational and artistic activities.
